If all of your thermostats are unreachable, this is normally because the gateway is unable to connect to the Internet.
A quick way to check if your gateway is unreachable through the web-app:
- Navigate to your web-app.
- Select Admin.
- Select Site Settings.
- Click your gateway bellow Gateways.
- On the gateway management screen if you see Disconnected in your gateway box, then the gateway is unable to reach the Internet.
If the gateway shows Active and all your thermostats are unreachable, click here.
