Features

Share Site Access

When managing multiple Pelican sites, you may want to quickly share site access with others in your organization. The Share My Sites feature makes this simple by allowing you to provide other users with access to all your sites through an intuitive user management portal.

Key Features:

  • Quick Site Access: Easily grant access users access to sites you have access to in one step.
  • Employee Management: Streamline adding, removing, and collaborating across your organization.

This feature simplifies team collaboration, ensuring everyone who needs access can manage climate control efficiently without unnecessary complexity.

When you share access to your sites, the recipient will inherit the same access rights as your account. For example, if you have Admin access, they will also receive Admin access.

To customize shared access or change access rights for individual Users, contact Pelican Technical Support and request the MySites feature "User Access Controls".
