Only thermostats WITH vacation schedules will switch to using their vacation schedule when your Pelican web-app is in vacation mode.
What is Default Vacation Settings?
Think of Default Vacation Settings as a schedule template which can be quickly copied into the thermostats you want to follow the same vacation schedule when the site is in vacation mode.
How do you get to Default Vacation Settings?
Select Admin > Vacation Settings > Default Vacation Settings.
How do I copy the Default Vacation Setting into thermostats?
For each thermostat that you want to follow the Default Vacation Setting you will need to go to that thermostat’s main control screen, select Vacation Set Times, and in the upper hand corner select the “default” icon.
This will copy the Default Vacation Setting’s template into the thermostat’s vacation schedule.
How do I create a custom vacation schedule for a thermostat?
You will need to go to that thermostat’s main control screen, select Vacation Set Times, and create the schedule you want that thermostat to follow when in vacation mode.
