LTG Gateway Cellular Service
For customers with locations utilizing Pelican LTE Cellular Gateways for connectivity. The Manage Cellular Service feature in MySites allows you to:
Key Features:
- Monitor Gateways: Quickly identify which sites are using LTE cellular gateways.
- Check Status: View the operational status of each gateway to ensure they are active and functioning.
- Payments: Identify which credit card is assigned to the cellular subscription, change card information, and view/print past charges.
This feature provides a clear overview of your LTE connectivity, helping you maintain reliable cellular network performance across all your Pelican sites.

Managing LTE Gateway Cellular Service
1
Navigate to your MySites.
2
From MySites, select the menu button in the upper right hand corner.

3
From the menu, select LTE Gateways.

4
Within the LTE Gateway portal, you will see one or more tables. Each table corresponds to a specific credit card being charged for the cellular subscription.
The following describes the meaning of each column:
- Site Name: Located on the far left, this column displays the name of the site.
- Serial Number: Shows the serial number of the LTE Gateway installed at the site.
- Subscription: Indicates the current status of the cellular service for the gateway.
- Last Payment: Displays the last charge amount and payment date for the cellular services.
- View Past Payments: Links to Stripe, where you can access detailed payment information.
- Change Account Email: Enables the transfer of LTE gateways to a different email account.
- Update Credit Card: Links to Stripe, allowing you to update the credit card associated with the cellular service for these LTE gateways.

All credit card information and payment processing are managed by Stripe. Pelican does not store any credit card details.
Pre-Authorizing an LTE Gateway before Installation
For installations requiring an active Pelican LTE Gateway upon setup, you can pre-authorize the gateway for service. Once installed, it will automatically activate, and the credit card on file will be charged.
1
In the upper-right corner, click "Authorize Gateway."

2
In the pop-up window, enter the serial number of the LTE Gateway and click "Submit."
