How Can I Cancel My LTE Gateway Subscription?
You must have an LTE Gateway Subscription and be an Admin at the Site
Cancel LTE Subscription
- Log into the site the LTE gateway is installed at.
- Click Admin -> Site Settings
- Click Gateways
- Delete the LTE gateway from the site
Billing and service will be stopped immediately upon deletion.
