Thermostat's Control Page
The Pelican Connect app makes it simple to access and manage individual thermostats within your system. To navigate to a thermostat’s climate control page, follow these steps:

Open the Pelican Connect App
Launch the Pelican Connect app on your preferred device.
Ensure you are logged in with your site’s appropriate credentials.

Navigate to the Main Dashboard
Once logged in, you will see the main dashboard displaying Groups and their associated Thermostats.
Groups are highlighted in grey, with thermostats listed beneath each group.

Select the Thermostat
Tap on the thermostat’s name to access its Climate Control Page.
Features of the Climate Control Page
On the Climate Control Page, you can:
Adjust temperature setpoints to maintain your desired comfort level.
Change the thermostat mode (e.g., heating, cooling, auto, or off).
View real-time environmental data, such as current temperature, humidity, and system status.
Access advanced settings to configure schedules, fan modes, and other customization options (if applicable)
Troubleshooting Access Issues
If you are having trouble locating or accessing a thermostat:
Verify Permissions: Ensure your user account has the required access level to view and manage thermostats.
Contact Support: If the issue persists, contact Pelican’s support team for assistance.
By following these steps, you can easily access the Climate Control Page for any thermostat within your Pelican Connect system, ensuring seamless control over your climate management.
