How do I view my LTE Gateway Subscription Receipt?

You must have an LTE Gateway Subscription

Subscription Management

  1. Log into MySites.
  2. Select Menu.
  3. LTE Gateways.

LTE Gateway Subscription Management

Note: Sites are grouped by Credit Card on file.

View Past Payments: Here you can view and print previous bills. At the top left of the receipt is a receipt number and an invoice number.

Update Credit Card: Here you can update your billing information.

Change Account Email: Here you can update your email address to a new email you own, or transfer ownership of the LTE gateway to someone else. Note that this will transfer email only, and will not change the payment method or any billing information.
