Why has my subscription expired?
This indicates that your site has been converted to Pelican's Basic Subscription.
You must be both an Admin and have been provided subscription access to a site to pay and view the subscription.
What does this mean?
To not panic. Pelican’s Basic Subscription provides you with access to all your Pelican devices, all the features and configurations you enjoy, and your system is 100% active for life for free.
Some of our customers require features we offer under our Standard Subscription because it costs us money to provide these features and, because we are not a SaaS company, so simply pass these low costs directly to our customers who need them. These are simply site access and data logging features.
