Does Pelican enforce any short-cycle timers?

Every Pelican device has a 4-minute compressor short cycle timer. Once the compressor is turned OFF, it will not be turned back ON for a minimum of 4 minutes. This is enforced as a safety to protect the compressor(s) and is not changeable through the device's configurations.
