Only Pelican Technical Support can change a site's name. And they will only change the site name if an Admin of the site contacts them.
Why do I have to contact Technical Support?
The site name is more than just a name, it is an association between your Pelican web-app, your private cloud server and your Pelican gateway. To make sure the site name transition occurs smoothly, our Technical Support will provide assistance.
Note: If you email support@pelicanwireless.com with your current site name and the name you want to change to, they will update your site accordingly. This is the best route since it can be responded to relatively quickly.
