Adjust the Cool Set-Point: By setting the cool set-point higher than the room temperature, the thermostat will turn OFF cooling until the room temperature raises above the new cool set-point.
Changing the System Mode: By changing the thermostat’s System to OFF or HEAT, cooling will remain OFF until the thermostat is manually or scheduled back to having a cool set-point.
